Note: This file downloads as a .ZIP file. Follow the below instructions to extract the video.
 
Windows:
Locate the .zip file: Navigate to the folder where the .zip file is stored.
Right-click the file: Right-click on the .zip file.
Select "Extract All...": From the context menu, choose "Extract All...".
Choose a destination: A window will open asking you where to save the extracted files. Select a folder or use the default location.
Start extraction: Click "Extract". The files will be extracted to the chosen location.

For macOS:
Locate the .zip file: Open Finder and navigate to the folder containing the .zip file.
Double-click the file: Simply double-click on the .zip file.
View the extracted files: The files will be automatically extracted into a folder in the same location as the .zip file. The folder will have the same name as the .zip file.
